Responsibilities:-

4. Managing hotel laundry, as required
5. Hygiene and food safety.
6. General cleaning duties.
7. Meet & greet customers on the phone and in person.
8. Dealing with customer concerns.

8. Typing speed and accuracy.
9. Working knowledge of MS Word.
